Product returns
- In case of incorrect shipment, S-BATH.gr
undertakes the complete replacement of the product with what has been
recorded in the order, without any additional charge on the part of the buyer.
In this case, the company has to replace the wrong product and pick up the
wrong product. All change shipments are made within 48 hours of receiving the
defective or incorrect product, after it has been certified that its original
packaging or anything else included in it has not been tampered with. Returns
are made only after agreement with the company & must be accompanied by the
necessary return document.
Product shipments
Your orders are shipped, depending on the availability of
the products, usually from 24 to 48 hours. In case your order cannot be
processed due to lack of availability or due to force majeure (bad weather,
strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it.
